EMBEDDED SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Amfitech is growing and therefore we are looking for our new talent within embedded software development to further strengthen our team of highly specialized developers. We are passionate about embedded software and solutions, and we like to push the limit of the known solutions on our journey to develop the future’s technology solutions and electronics.

About Amfitech

Amfitech is a Danish development company founded in 1999. Our core business is electronics- and embedded software development within the consultancy business. Further, Amfitech has developed a state-of-the-art EMF tracking system called AMFITRACK™, where we recently launched our Generation 3, with a global customer base.

To be successful in this role you have:

A basic knowledge about and understanding of hardware.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Embedded Software Engineering or similar education within the same field.

At least two years of work-experience working with C and C++ for embedded software and platforms.

Experience with microcontrollers (we often use ARM-based STM32 processors).

Experience in debugging and troubleshooting solutions for embedded systems.

You will use your experience to:

Develop and implement firmware and embedded software solutions.

Develop Python and C# tools to support the embedded development.

Sparring with the hardware team and unit testing.

Troubleshooting and debugging solutions for embedded systems.

Specifying and documenting solutions.

Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and the Customer partners.

Spot current deficiencies in the development process, adopted procedures, and engineering practices etc., and suggest improvements.

Personally, you are a passionate and fast learner, who is eager to be up-to-date in the line of your professional field. You work well under known deadlines and recognize the benefit of team work, and working together for the common goal. You are confident in communicating in English with both customers and team members.
